Double room to rent on Chatsworth Road

We have a spare double room in our house in Homerton/Hackney E5 (Chatsworth Road).

The flat is in a great location but it also has really good transport links – Homerton and Clapton stations are a 10 minute walk away and a 24 hour bus that goes everywhere (central London, Dalston, Shoreditch, Liverpool St.) stops just outside the door. The house is furnished, has a communal living room (which is a really nice size for having people over etc), kitchen, bathroom and garden (ideal for BBQs in the summer) - Its a brilliant place. It also has a corner shop next door open until midnight, but the 24 hour shop is only just down the road.

We are looking for someone who is laid back, but fun - ideally somebody who is up for having a chilled week but still causing a bit of trouble at the weekend. We are all quite independent so are looking for someone who has got their own things going on but is still up for hanging out every so often. If you’re looking for more of a home than just a place to crash then that’d be great.

The rent is £535 per month and all bills (inc. internet) come to about £60 a month. Deposit is an extra £550 and you will have to pay an 'admin fee' of £75 to the estate agents for all their hard work.
You would be moving in with two girls and a boy who are all in their mid twenties and working. I think we are all really safe, we generally like going out to the pub/a club/staying in and relaxing or having a party or two - all the usual stuff really.
