I am looking for a female professional who respects space to share with two quiet, tidy, friendly professionals. I am a live in landlady who works from home, the other housemate works at an office outside.

No couples, pets or smokers.

Stoke Newington is an excellent location with restaurants, shops, pubs, parks, an excellent leisure centre, and several yoga studios all within a few mins walk. You can get to central London easily with a choice of several buses on the doorstep towards Dalston, Shoreditch and Old Street, Hibury and Angel or trains an 8 minute walk to Liverpool Street (15min journey).

To secure this airy large room first month’s rent and £750 deposit is required on moving in. Rent is paid on the 1st of each month and includes bills.
