Double room available in new build flat!!

Hi everyone! Myself and two other girls (all early 20s) have secured this gorgeous new build flat in E7 but due to a change in circumstances one person has had to drop out and her room is now available!

The room is a small double (first in the video) and is £600 per month excluding bills. The flat has a refurbished kitchen/living room and comes with a washing machine and dishwasher but is otherwise unfurnished (great opportunity for decorating to really make it our own!!)

The flat has great transport links (3 mins walk to Forest Gate station & the Elizabeth line, 20 mins walk to Stratford) and the building is brand new and really secure with a video entry system.

A bit about us:
I work as a paralegal, Shai works as a digital marketing assistant and Lisa is a student nurse. We’ve all met via Facebook so all in the same boat of moving in with strangers but hoping to become friends and make our flat into a lovely home🥰

We’re all up for a night out, pub night, movie night, concerts, and exploring london on the weekends (pretty much anything really) but are also very respectful of personal space as we will all be working during the week.

We’re hoping for another female professional who’s looking to be friends not just flatmates💛

We are under pressure from the agent due to the dropout being very last minute so we need someone who is willing to commit today!!
