Double Room Available with Own Bathroom

A Double Room is available in a shared house (5 beds, 3 Shower with Toilet. Another Room is ensuite.)

The room is spacious. In the pictures and videos, you can see a double bed, a Closet, a chest drawer, and a chair and desk available in the room. The TV is not included.

There are 3 showers with toilets. You will have your own Bathroom to use. Check the video to see the bathroom.

The kitchen is really big and has enough space for your amenities.

This is a quiet house. So, you will have peace.

Katherine Road Bus stop is just 1 minute away. You will have 25, 86; the most popular bus route is just next to your door. Manor Park and Forrest Gate Elizabeth line station is 12 mins walking distance. Woodgrange Park Overground station is 6 mins walk.

Green Street is just 5 mins walking distance and the Upton Park district line is 15 mins walking distance. Around East London travel is really easy from this house.

You will have all groceries within walking distance and plenty of restaurants to eat.

We are the current tenants but unfortunately, we need to vacate the house due to my wife's job relocation to Surrey. Consequently, we are actively searching for a replacement tenant. You will take over our current contract which will end on 30.09.2024. Then, you can continue in a rolling contract or make a new agreement.

All bills are included in the rent. The agency top up £20 for Gas and £20 for electricity per room every month. We have been residing here for 4 months already and have not had to top up any additional amounts.

You can move in from 20/05/2024.
