Perfect for someone who likes quiet & clean home (we have a weekly cleaning rota).
House is bit old, bathroom is newly refurbished, and windows are new double glazed, toilet is separately.
Lots of extra storage in the house and big cupboard in the corridor and extra space in cellar.
10min walk to Forest Gate station and from there in 12min Liverpool street Station. Near home is busstop that takes you to Stratford or Leyton in 10-15min. From there Central & Jubilee go fast to central and Waterloo Station.

Lots of green to go running - check the map :) Woodgrange road 5min away with shops. I discovered nice things from Lithuanian shop 😍Fruit markets sell big bowls of bananas £1 & avocados 😍 #behealthy

I'm always happy to help my housemates, share my food and make sure everyone are happy :)
I'm a non smoker myself, but it's ok for others to smoke in the garden. Garden is lovely with table and chairs (at the moment using bit older photo for garden) Tomatoes were growing very well last summer ;)
