Are you a professional woman, looking for a friendly female house share in the heart of vibrant east London, near the top of London Fields and a stone’s throw from all the delights that this part of London has to offer?

If so, read on...
I am offering a spacious, sunny double room on the first floor of a newly built, high ceilinged duplex, situated in a sought-after new development. On this first floor you would share a modern large bathroom, complete with monsoon shower and a bath, with Emily, who occupies the only other bedroom on this floor.

Downstairs offers a large entrance hall and spacious communal kitchen/dining room, large enough to allow you your own more than adequate storage for supplies. The kitchen is fully equipped and comfortable, with a generous 4/6 seater table around which to socialise, crack open a bottle of wine and entertain close friends when the mood grabs you.

When I'm not there, which is quite a lot (see more about me below) you have shared use of an additional downstairs bathroom and sitting room.

The whole flat is modern, sunny and light and a comfortable and quiet home. There is secure cycle storage in the building and a lovely communal garden.
About the location:

The flat is situated in the heart of Hackney in east London with all that it has to offer, ranging from busy Mare Street and the many coffee shops, pubs and restaurants, to the expansive and beautiful London Fields, with its famous Pub on The Park and probably the best heated lido in London for early morning swims. Broadway Market, Regent's canal and Victoria Park are a short walk away.

London Fields and Hackney Central/Downs Overground Stations are all less than 10 minutes by foot. Mare Street's extensive bus services take you everywhere... including to the central line at Bethnal Green in 15 minutes. And if you prefer the healthier option... this part of East London offers a superb cycle-friendly network. Nowhere is too far to get to.

From Emily, the other housemate: "Hey there, I’m Emily! I am 27 and work at Pophams. I have lived in the property for over a year and love it here. I am a real foodie who loves cooking and eating out. Although I enjoy my own space, I would be up for a drink after work. I am considerate, respectful and tidy flatmate and hoping to find someone similar."

And I'm Alison. I'm a tidy, busy, professional person with a penchant for baking and a nice red wine. Although I own the flat, I spend a large part of my time away, travelling, living in Greece or printmaking in my studio in Nottingham.
