Hi! We have two spacious double bedrooms to rent in a 3-bed, 3-storey house in Hackney Downs, 5-10 minutes walking distance from Dalston, Hackney Central, and Hackney Downs overground stations (females only, sorryI)

The first bedroom is £760 per month. It has an ensuite bathroom and is furnished (wardrobe, mattress, and chest of drawers).

The second bedroom is £720 per month. It's furnished (wardrobe, mattress, and chest of drawers), and the bathroom with shower/bath is shared with one other housemate. There is also another shared toilet on the ground floor.

Bills come to around £150 per month per person.

The house itself is very spacious with lots of storage space. It has a large kitchen with a dining table, a bright living room, a laundry room, and a nice garden with a patio and bbq. There’s also an allocated off-street parking space right outside which would be yours to use if needed, and also plenty of space in the hall for a bike.

You’d be sharing with 2 female professionals. Everyone has their own schedule, so the house is really chill and peaceful.

We are looking for someone to start a new 12-month contract (with a 6-month break clause) from 28th August with the letting agent. References required!
