En-suite in a gorgeous cozy home

Hi, I am Irinka. I am looking for a respectful, tidy flatmate to share a gorgeous apartment with. The apartment is a new build, fully furnished, extremely cosy and has a balcony overlooking Stonebridge Gardens! The location is unbeatable, it's 3 minute walk from the overground, 5 minutes to the canal, 15-20 mins to the Broadway/Columbia markets. Your room is an en-suite.

I work in the international development and human rights field. I very much enjoy meeting new people and also appreciate my own space. I respect the boundaries of house share and always keep the space clean and tidy. This is not a party house, so looking for a flatmate who appreciates a quiet and relaxing home, coffee and wine on the balcony and a good chat.

I am looking for a professional female (preferred), 30+, who will treat the flat with respect and care. I am very keen on creating a home where we can enjoy time together and relax from busy London life.

No pets, sorry. Couples can be concidered for a 1700 pcm. + bills, which are very low.
