The Flat:
We have 1 double bedroom (£800 + bills) available in our four-bed flat, just off Kingsland Road. The room will be available from the 10th May.
Bills are roughly £100 a month. They cover council tax, wifi, water, gas, and electricity.
The flat has 2 toilets, one of which has a bath and shower, a beautiful garden with patio furniture, and a large kitchen/dining/living space.
Our letting agents require a reference, one month rent as a deposit, as well as bank statements/proof of income.
Current housemates:
Alexx (they/them) - 30 year old studying masters in nursing, and working in the NHS.
Isaac (he/him) - 29 year old self employed works from home.
Karolina (she/her) - 25 year old studying masters in nursing, and working in the NHS.
Monkey and Moo - 4 year old kitties who can be shy at first, but are super loving and cuddly once they get to know you, if you leave your door open they'll come for cuddles in bed if you like.
We are good friends and often socialise the in communal areas, we also all work a lot, so spend a fair amount of time in our rooms, sleeping and resting. We are tidy and considerate, and do monthly joint shops for household bits.
New Housemate:
We're sociable, and go out to bars/gigs sometimes, but we do enjoy peace and quiet around the house 95% of the time. We're not looking for someone who's into partying loads, as we all work full time. Plus the cats (pictured) get stressed when there's strangers in and out the house a lot. Ideally no couples, as although the flat is relatively big, we wouldn't like it to start feeling cramped. Just please be tidy, clean, and considerate of housemates work schedules.
Accessibility:
The flat is spread across one floor but there are two steps to access the property, and a narrow entrance hallway.
