Hello, I am moving out for personal reasons, so I‘m looking for the next tenant in Hackney 2bed 2bath.
You will have one room and a private bathroom, and you will be sharing with my female roommate.

-Date and rental fee
28th May to 18th September (3 months)
Deposit 1000 pounds
Prepayment of 3 months rent of 3,450 pounds + monthly bill of 120 pounds (total of 360 pounds for 3 months)

There are 3 Asian marts and a 24-hour mart within a 3-minute walk.
Iceland is on the first floor of the building and Lidl is 2 minutes away.
Tesco is 10 minutes away and M&S is 15 minutes away.
West field (large shopping mall) is 20 minutes away by bus.

-building
The porter lives in the building, so if a breakdown or problem occurs, he or she will help you immediately on weekdays.
There is an Amazon locker and other packages are delivered to the front of the house.
There is security at the entrance and elevator access is available.
Bicycle parking is also available.

-traffic
You can go to Central at once from the bus stop, a 1-minute walk away.
Buses to Central are available almost 24 hours a day.
