Jess, Claire, and our departing flatmate have lived together in this flat for 3 years. We've curated a cosy/homey vibe and enjoy home cooking or baking most days of the week.

We occasionally have friends over for dinner and/or movie nights, but we're not ones for house parties.

We are both professionals working hybrid wfh/office schedules, and active social lives (though Claire leans more homebody).

We're looking for someone personable, considerate, chill, respectful, clean, and looking to join a communal and tidy flat.
