2 week stay, spacious room in Dalston - big garden

Hi everyone! I am looking for someone for a short-term (two week) stay for a spacious double room in our friendly, warm home in Dalston/Hackney Downs, close to London Fields. The room is available from 11 - 24 December, would consider earlier start date.

Rent is 500 for the two weeks, this includes all bills and a cleaner.

The star of this place is a sweeping garden (23 metres long!) with luscious greenery, wood fire pit and outdoor seating. It’s a 4-bedroom, double-storey place with a kitchen, open plan living area and 1.5 bathrooms. The bedroom is the only bedroom downstairs so there is a bit more privacy.

The house is a 3 min walk to Hackney Downs station, 5 min walk to Hackney Central station, 8 mins walk to Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations and is well connected by buses.

A bit about the housemates: you’d be living with three respectful and friendly housemates. We all get on well with each other but also respect that people want their own space. The housemates are two women and one NB person, all aged 30-33 years. The house is POC and queer friendly.
