We have a large double room available in our beautiful 3-bedroom house tucked away in a quiet gated mews in E8. The room is bright and spacious, and comes unfurnished so you can really make it your own!

About the House:

The house is spread across three storeys and has a big communal living space and kitchen - perfect for cooking, catching up after work, or the occasional cosy night in.

It’s a really homely, relaxed space that we take pride in keeping clean and welcoming.

The location is amazing:
• 10-minute walk to London Fields
• 5-minute walk to Hackney Downs Overground
• 12-minute walk to Dalston Junction
• Surrounded by loads of cute pubs, cafés and restaurants

It’s such a fun, lively area while still feeling tucked away and peaceful at home.

About Us:

You’d be living with Jess (29) and Alana (28).
We’re both super friendly, outgoing, and love a balance of social time and chilled evenings. We’re looking for someone who’s kind, considerate of shared spaces, and keen to be part of a warm, easy-going home rather than just a house share!
Jess works in tech sales and works 3 days in the office & Alana works in consulting and also works a hybrid schedule. We’re looking for someone with a similar working pattern (i. e. not a full time work from home schedule).

The Practical Bits:

Bills are usually around £180 per month, which includes council tax, water, electricity, WiFi, and a cleaner who comes twice a month.
