About the flat: it’s located on the ground floor of a quiet secure block (fob entry).

The communal living room and kitchen is homely, light and airy. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dining table etc. Local shops are across the road, as is a good pub, brunch spot, and an actual large open green space: Hackney Downs - which is really nice especially in the summer.

About us: Laura 35, Corporate Fitness and Wellness Advisor has lived in the flat for 2 years. Jack 31, Architect has lived in the flat for 1 year. We’re looking for someone in their late 20s / 30s who is easygoing, respectful, and independent to join a calm, well-functioning flat. Preference is to socialise outside the flat and wants a clean quiet space to chill out afterwards. Bills and rent are all structured and paid on time, so it’s a good fit for someone who’s organised and straightforward.

Transport links: the flat is a 5 minute walk from Rectory Road station (goes to Liverpool Street), and a 10 minute walk to Hackney Downs, Hackney Central, Dalston Kingsland, Dalston Junction Overground lines. The 488 and 276 goes to all those places from outside the flat if you want to cut that time down. Other buses to central London (149, 243, 76, 67) are a 5 minute walk away.
