Lovely spacious and bright bedroom with south-facing balcony and view of the city in a 5th floor block on Amhurst Road. 2 minute walk from both Hackney Central + Hackney Downs Stations, a really convenient location with great transport links.

You will be sharing with Amy (36) and Alba (38), with the current flatmate moving out after a couple years to live with her partner. Amy works in research management (hybrid - 2-3 days per week in office) and when not trying to run is collecting records or at the pub. Alba is a studio manager (non-hybrid, fully studio based) who enjoys K-pop and anime and likes evenings in the pub and occasional nights out.

We are sociable and often hang around together on weekends as well as having our own friendship groups.

We appreciate a clean and chill house environment and always happy to share a drink/dinner but it's generally not a party household, we take that elsewhere. The flat does not have a living room, however the bedroom is such a good size and the kitchen comfortable enough to have 3 people hanging out which hasn't been a problem for us.

The flat was renovated several years ago so the kitchen is in good working order and the bathroom is a separate toilet and shower room.

The room is unfurnished, with the option to keep the clothing rails if needed.

We are looking for a girl of a similar age who is considerate, has similar interests and wants to make the place their home.
