Clean and bright double bedroom available in my modern two bedroom new build apartment, close to Liverpool St and the city. Light and airy, this is a clean and peaceful home.

The double bedroom is fully furnished with a new mattress on the bed, a built in wardrobe, tall chest of drawers and a desk. There is plenty of storage space and you're welcome to leave things over the weekend. You will have sole use of the large master bathroom during the week, which has a full bath with shower.

I have a spacious, open plan living room/ kitchen (fully equipped including dishwasher!) which opens out on to a pretty balcony.

The location is brilliant; just over the canal in zone2. The road is quiet. Two minute walk from Haggerston overground station, plus plenty of buses in all directions. 20 mins bus ride to Liverpool St and the city. It’s also ideal for getting to Canary Wharf, and just half an hour to Westminster.
There is a Tesco a few minutes’ walk away, and also a brilliant independent supermarket just next to the building. Loads of restaurants and bars nearby, and several parks in walking distance.

I’m a female in my early thirties; I work in the city in commodities. I love to travel and am a foodie; so I’m usually out for dinner a couple of nights a week! I am friendly, relaxed and considerate.

The room is available to a mature professional working in London Monday to Friday. I’m looking to let the room to somebody who is friendly, tidy and respectful.

It's £750 a month, which includes all the usual bills. The deposit is £350. The notice period will be 2 weeks both ways.
