Large double room available in a quiet and relaxed Hackney flat.
Disclaimer: There is no living room, as it’s lived in by one tenant - which makes the flat so cheap.
Hi! We are looking for a new flatmate for a room available immediately.
The flat is cosy (lots of storage space), so we don’t have people over a lot as it soon feels busy. It’s fine to have someone over of course, but we are respectful and keep the flat as our little sanctuary rather than bringing the party back!
Otherwise it’s a really chilled space and hope to have a new flatmate who is similar. The room is unfurnished, but with no deposit it’s hopefully helpful in getting some furniture. It’s also had a brand new carpet fitted.
Your flatmates: I’m a Creative Producer, love to read and watch movies when I find the time. David works in e-commerce and jewellery. We’re both out a fair bit (when the world is normal!) but always catch up when we’re both around. Both really chilled and keep things clean and nice in the flat. We work 9-6 jobs, so evenings are always nice and quiet. LGBTQ+ friendly household.
Give me a shout if you’d like to come have a look. We’d like to start meeting people ASAP.
*No deposit. One month rent upfront and due on 27th of every month
