Double Room next to Victoria Park

HI. Im leaving my double room on a quiet road just next to Victoria Park. Its a 10 minutes walk to Homerton overground station but also with lots of buses stops close, with an easy connection to the central London within 30 mins. 10 minutes bus to Mile End underground station. It's well situated with a walking distance to Victoria Park, London Fields, Hackney Central, offering music venues, cinema, theatres, restaurants, Tesco, Lidl.

There's a great communal kitchen and large living space. Bright and sunny with lots of comforts. Both kitchen and bathroom were renovated before we moved in.

The housemates you will be sharing with are two professional women working, Ash in a Recruitment company and Aveen in Nursing (9-5) They like cooking and enjoy a glass of wine together, are very friendly and are ideally looking for not just a flatmate but a new friend. We like going out to gigs bu equally enjoy a quiet night in. We are looking for a tidy, clean, and respectful roommate with similar interests.

The room comes with bed, mattress, wardrobe, with space for a chest of drawers/ desk. It gets lots of light during the day and is quiet.

The room itself is £550 then the rest are bills come to about another £100 on top, sometimes a bit less. Our landlord doesn’t live in London but she is really friendly and helpful with everything we need, she will like good references.
