Hi !

As my current flatmates are leaving to get their own place, their room now becomes available to either one individual or a couple.
The room comes mostly furnished in a nice, spacious but cozy flat in South Hackney.

You’d be living with me, young professional currently working in hospitality (weird hours, if you’re working a 9-5 we might not see each other too often), I am pretty active and if not at work, at the gym or running, I will probably be staying at home all day on my days off.
I am a fairly social but quiet person, love a get together or some drinks at the pub but I do appreciate quiet time at home.

I don’t mind someone working from home, cats are welcome, unfortunately not dogs cause the flat is on the 3rd floor (no lift).

Bills wise : the council tax, TV licence, building fees and internet are included.
Tenants are responsible for Gas, Electricity and Water.

The flat is located 3min walk away from Victoria Park, 5min from London Fields Station, 15min walk from Hackney Central and 20min from Bethnal Green.

There’s a Lidl just seconds away from the building.
