The room comes unfurnished but there is the option to purchase the previous tenant's bedframe and chest of drawers for £100. Please note that access to the wardrobe is on the landing right outside the room.

Located 1 minute walk from Tesco Superstore and 5 minutes from Hackney Central Overground station (from where it's a 10 min train to Highbury and Islington Station), 15 mins to Hackney Downs Overground. 5 minutes walk to bus routes: 30, 38, 106, 242, 243, 276, 277.
And a 15 min walk to green spaces London Fields and Victoria Park.

We're not a house that parties often, but we do tend to have nice gatherings for birthdays, or some lovely garden hangs in the summer. Housemate will preferably be 30+
