We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our welcoming home!

An unfurnished double room is available, overlooking our peaceful garden at the rear of the house. It’s quiet, private, and gets plenty of natural light - especially beautiful in the summer.

The house itself has:

A spacious living and dining area – ideal for relaxing or hanging out together
Two full bathrooms (yes, both with bath and shower – no morning queues!)
Plenty of storage space throughout
A great little garden, perfect for summer BBQs and sunny afternoons

👋 About Us

You’ll be living with three friendly, professional women – Niamh, Aideen and Izzy – plus Honey, our very chilled house cat 🐱

We’re a sociable bunch who enjoy the occasional night in or out together, but we also respect each other’s space and independence. We’re looking for someone like-minded: tidy, considerate, and up for the odd chat or glass of wine. Ideally, we’re hoping to find someone in their 30s to fit in with the current dynamic of the house.

Just a short walk to Well Street Common and Victoria Park
Surrounded by great local pubs, including The Kenton
Close to London Fields and Broadway Market
Easy access to Hackney Wick and Dalston

You’ll also find a Tesco just around the corner and a large Lidl nearby for all your essentials.
