The house has 2 bathrooms (1 shower) is furnished and very modern. There is an outdoor area which is amazing in the summer. Also living in the house is an Sydney girl 26 and welsh girlie who is 25. Fun, social house with a great atmosphere, but is not a party house. Other amazing features include underfloor heating, inbuilt washer dryer, fridge and dishwasher, lots of kitchen storage and a very attentive land lord! Bills are roughly £100 additional.
