Stratford station and Westfield shopping centre is 10 minutes by bus.

Clubs and bars in Hackney central 10 min by bus or 20 min walk and Hackney Wick is only 10 minutes walking distance .
Oxford Circus is 20 min by tube or overground.

Night busses operate in a walking distance within 10-15 min walk..

Otherwise, Homerton station and Hackney Wick stations are 10 -15 min walk. Bus stop is right next to the building. Wide choice of entertainment: cinemas, ice skating, horse riding centre and parks in the area easy reachable by walking distance or a 10-20 min bus ride .

Food shopping: wide choice of food shops within a 5-10 min walking distance and some working until the midnight like 24 hour Asda and Tesco is 10 min by bus.
