Double Room - Old Street EC1 - Zone 1 - £650

We are looking for someone friendly to take our lovely double-bed room in super central Old Street! The room is really lovely and has great storage with built-in wardrobe. Alongside the bed, it comes furnished with a desk and desk chair, four shelves, plus a chest of drawers. The room is £650 (plus bills, which range between £60-£90) and comes with two bathrooms, a medium-sized kitchen with a couple sofas and dining table, private front patio, and a shared green space out the front.

Great connections with loads of buses, and a 6 minute walk to Old Street Station and the Northern Line. Only 5 minute walk to Clerkenwell and surrounded by some really lovely café’s, restaurants and pubs! Lots of sweet parks, and around a 10 minute walk to Barbican one way, and 10 minutes the other way to Shoreditch high street. There’s a really nice neighbourhood feel even though it's so central…the local corner shop even has a live-in cat and the pubs have some great characters.

You’ll be living with two friendly young professionals, one male and one female, and we also have a spare double room we’re in the process of filling, so will be 4 people overall. It’s a really great house, friendly but respectful of each other’s space and time – it is a vegetarian household and the new occupant must also be a vegetarian please!

The ideal flatmate would be:
- between 25-40
- a professional
- chill and laidback
- respectful of everyone's spaces, but open to hanging out when everyone is free!
- veggie (no fish or meat please!)

If you’re interested, we want to do viewings ASAP. Ideally you’ll be able to move in as soon as possible. The landlord is really chill and we sort most of the things out in the house ourselves, but it’s a 3-month contract that turns into a monthly-rolling one.
