Kirby Street Student Accommodation Studio

Hello everyone, due to some personal reasons, I want to find a student to take over my contract with Kirby Street Student Accommodation. I currently live in a classic studio, with 43-week contract till 12 July 2019 (this can also be extended to 6 Sep 2019 if you want). This accommodation is Corridor-style with rooms along a corridor. Each studio has a private toilet, shower facilities and a mini-kitchen and it's 22m². It's really an ideal place if you are looking for a quiet and independent space. Within 15 minutes walk to KCL, City Uni, LSE, University of the Arts London, etc. Also close to UCL and other universities, since it's 5 minutes walk to underground.

The initial price is 385p/week but I will give you a huge discount to 320p/week if you want to take over (price can be negotiated). So basically I will pay 65p/week for you to Ariana Social Community, and you pay 320p/week. This will be listed clearly on the contract. The room will be cleaned before your arrival and I will pay the cleaning fee.

Ideally I hope you move in around 23 Sep because I need a few days to move out. But we can always negotiate on that and let me know if you need moving in asap.
