Summary: This is a sub-let of a fully furnished room in a shared flat in Clerkenwell for six weeks (until the end of the current tenancy). There might be an option for extension to one year,. However, I cannot promise this just yet.

Staying in London for just a few weeks? An internship over the summer, a job to be done? This room might be just perfect for you.

Located in Clerkenwell, right between the City of London, Westminster and Camden, this is the perfect location for … basically everything. Major universities like the London School of Economics (10 min walk), King's College London (15 minutes walk) or University College London (15 minutes walk) are very close. The City, West End, Soho, King's Cross and the Thames are too. And if you want to explore London further, take the Central Line from Chancery Lane (5 minutes walk) or one of several bus lines that depart right in front of the building. If you want to experience London from its centre: This is the place.

Let's talk about the room: It's simple, but perfectly sized (about 12m²) and not too expensive (It's still London, of course, but trust me: You can do worse for more money ;)). You'll be living in a flatshare with two guys (26 and 23). The spacious kitchen and the bathroom are shared. There's no shared living room.

Some admin: I'm leaving London a bit earlier than originally planned and will be gone from July 18th. The room is available from then. You can have it at least until September 1st when the current tenancy agreement ends. However, there might also be an option for a smooth transition where you become the new tenant for the next year. I'm currently figuring out how this might work and will be very transparent about it. I would prefer a long-term successor for the room who would also be willing to take over some of the stuff that I bought to upgrade the flat (e. g. Wi-Fi extension, laundry air dryer, kitchen equipment etc.).
