Hi everyone, I am moving flat and I am looking for someone to take over my current room in Leather Lane.

I’ve been living here since last year in August and I’ve loved it. It’s really central (15 minute walk to Covent Garden) and the low commute time has been a real blessing.

Location: Leather Lane (3 minute walk to Chancery Lane tube station and Farringdon station)

Price: £900 per month including all bills, council tax and internet.

Available from 28th of July. I am a little flexible on the date, so if it doesn’t line up entirely, message me anyway.

- It’s a double room and comes fully furnished
- The whole flat is really well maintained
- Large eat-in kitchen
- Obviously great location
- The landlord is very responsive. Any problem that’s come up was handled within 2 days max.
- Good amount of storage space
- Flat mates are young professionals and very agreeable (there’s space for 3 tenants max)
