Double room available on Hatton Garden in Farringdon from June 28th 2020.

The room is a good sized double in a clean, warm and friendly flatshare. The room is light and airy with plenty of space for storage. It is also part furnished including a bed and a wardrobe.

The flat is very central and has excellent transport links, shops and pubs nearby with fantastic views of the city. There is a fully equipped kitchen/diner, bathroom and separate w/c with plenty of storage space throughout the flat.

You'll be living with two friendly professionals looking for a relaxed, clean, easygoing flatmate. We are not a party house, however we enjoy a few drinks together from time to time.

The rent is £752 pcm with bills coming in around £100 per month. There is a deposit of five weeks rent and referencing fees around £50.

Ideally we are looking for a new flatmate to join this friendly flat in late June/ early July.
