We are sad to be leaving this wonderful apartment, located just a 7 minute walk to Old Street tube and 13 minutes to Angel tube station. The apartment is very well situated in an excellent location in walking distance of the trendy areas of London including Angel, Hoxton, Shoreditch, Spitafield Markets, Exmouth Markets. And Kings Cross is less than 10 minutes away by bus.

The room is a very large master, with an ensuite, king size bed, high ceilings, large windows and a serious amount of built in storage!

It’s a three bedroom apartment, sharing with two guys who share their own bathroom, they are working professionals in their late 20’s.

This apartment is in a converted warehouse, it’s a secure complex, we also have on site reception, shared gym and a lift. We have all the necessary appliances in the kitchen including a dishwasher! It’s also a warm apartment in winter, we never had to turn the heating on which was great.

It’s not a party house, but a great space to chill out after work either in the large lounge area or in the bedroom. There is definitely enough space for everyone to not feel like they’re living on top of each other.

The room is available for singles or couples, available on the 23rd of August.
