Imperial Hall Old street Double Room with balcony

My flat mate is sadly leaving the apartment and looking for someone to take over the room from late November.

The flat :
It is in the Imperial hall building right next to old street tube station. It is a triplex flat. It has a massive bright living room and a dining area. It has an open fully equipped kitchen. The flat has a nice bathroom with a bath in the 3rd level and a toilet in the 1st level.

The room :
Double room with its balcony (view on old street roundabout). The bathroom is to be shared with 1 flat mate as one of the bedrooms has its own en-suite.

The Price:
The room price is 900£ originally. Current flat mate is paying 600£ as he took over the room in the lockdown period. There is definitely room for negotiation with the landlord as per the current situation to keep the price low. We’ll be signing a new contract in November.

We’re looking for:
A professional who is friendly, clean and fun to live with and who wants to enjoy the surrounding areas.

We are:
Two professionals 27y. Both of us work in the financial industry and we are easygoing people who like to make friends.
