Looking for a flatmate for my spare room in old st

I live in 238 City road. The building is literally between angel station and old st station. So quite central. The apartment is in the top floor of the building but it has 3 floor within itself. ıt has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 3 floors. 1st floor is like the entrance/storage, 2nd is the living space with a high ceiling living room and lastly the third floor is a private rooftop. Really spacious and new. There is concierge 8-5 and the neighbours are quite understanding. I'm working for a startup and I have a fun but calm personality in home.
