Sublet-Cozy and Nice Studio!

Hello, I'm currently a graduate student at City University.
I've been living in City IQ Student Accommodation since last September, and I'm almost into my eighth month of residency.
My contract ends on August 31st, and I'm planning to move out before graduation, so I'm looking for a student who can live from May 20th to August 31st.
A contract extension is also possible for 2024–2025.

The room type is Bronze Studio.
It has a private bathroom and a personal kitchen.
The underfloor heating system keeps it warm throughout the winter.
Hot water comes out really well, and there's plenty of storage space.
I prioritize ventilation when choosing a home, and here, the windows open very wide, allowing for excellent airflow.

My room is on the 1st floor.
I used to worry about security, but the window bars are super sturdy, and I've had no issues so far. Also, the alley in front is rarely busy, so it's very quiet.

The best thing is the soundproofing—it's amazing. I thought no one was living next door because I never heard any noise complaints despite singing loudly every day!

The accommodation itself is lovely. There's a 24-hour study room, a gym, and even a cinema room, karaoke room, and game room. Sometimes, students even throw parties there! The laundry room is also very good!

The price is £456 per week, including bills.
It's a 5-7 minute walk to City University of London.
Barbican station is a 7-minute walk away, Angel station is about 15 minutes away, and Farringdon station is about a 13-minute walk, but if you use the exit towards Barbican, it's only 7 minutes away.

There's also a Tesco mart right below the house, and a larger Tesco mart and Waitrose mart within a 5-minute walk.
