Zone 1 (EC1V) Room for Rent in Shared Flat

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for the summer, starting June 1 to August 31. The room is a fully furnished, double bedroom with exclusive balcony access. The flat is on the fifth floor so you have a great view from the window with good natural lighting (I never need to turn on my overhead light). There are two elevators and fob-accessed doors to enter the building.

The flat is shared with three other females, so female is preferred. The shared space has one bathroom with the toilet and shower room separated. There is a separate washer machine and dryer, and dishwasher all in the kitchen area.

Four rooms in total in the flat. The three other flatmates are female graduate students. Everyone is respectful, nice, and outgoing. They occasionally like to hang out but also respect each other’s privacy. They like reading, going to the movies, running and museums. They are all down to try new things and experience new aspects of London. The flat is a diverse bunch with one from Spain, one from Puerto Rico, and one from Cambridge.

Internet included in rent, bills for water, electricity and gas run about £60-£70

15-minute walk to Old Street and Barbican station
18-minute walk to Farringdon station
Multiple bus stops all in a less than 5-minute walk radius

10-minute walk to Angel area for shopping
2-minute walk to City, University of London campus
