· Prime location in central London! Near Old Street, Barbican tube stations, and Farringdon train station. Grocery stores, restaurants and community centres are downstairs within a 2-minute walk. There is a community centre right behind the building, which has study rooms, a library, and other facilities. There's a Tesco next door, open daily from 7 am to 11 pm. It's a 7-8 minute walk to Old Street, where you can find more supermarkets like M&S and others.

· Secure building with fob access, super big room with a double bed, a big table and three chairs. I can also provide a full-length mirror and two floor-standing clothes racks. The room has two ceiling lights, and a great advantage is that it stays cool in the summer since it doesn't get direct sunlight. You can turn on the heating if you feel cold as well cos it's London!

· Rental period from June 13th to August 20th 2024. (can extend to the end of SEP)

· Seeking a tidy, responsible female tenant.
· No pets or smoking, no party.

· Shared bathroom and a big kitchen with another friendly female doing a master's degree at Goldsmiths.

· All bills included! (Council tax band D, fast broadband speed)

· To keep the apartment clean, we have a cleaner who comes regularly. The cost of this can be discussed further.

· For personal hygiene reasons, you will need to bring or order your own bedding (I can provide a pillow), but I can help receive the packages in advance if needed.

· The rent can be paid monthly, but a two-week deposit is required.
