I currently have a room available at IQ City in Central London (EC1V 3AQ), full payment was made in advance for the year and the room is no longer needed. I am willing to hence rent it out at a very good price. I have listed it below the 413 a week rate on the site.
It is newly refurbished and comes with an en suite toilet, bills included, wifi etc, and the building features various social spaces and a clean modern laundry area.

Kitchen will be shared with other flat mates. It is a stone throw away from the tube station and local amenities at London designer outlet.

Short-term and yearly options available. However, long term preferred. I would prefer an informal deal to avoid complications as I have paid in full in advance so I don't know how refunds will work.

There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, including Chinese grocery stores. The building is fully equipped with study areas, table tennis and pool tables and other entertainment.

There's also 24-hour security. The flat is newly refurbished, and the roommates are super friendly.
