A home and community 🏡❤️

Hello!
We're looking for the last person to complete our group as we move into one our favourite shortlisted central London places - either Hackney or Camden; we're seeing what we can haggle and figuring out who would take which room etc.

I've brought together a number of houseshares over the years in Brighton and London, and have always seen this as a beautiful opportunity to make a nest, learn from others, connect meaningfully and grow together. To host friends and family, share meals, movie nights and unforgettable house parties - but the default state being a calm and peaceful oasis in a sometimes overcrowded, noisy or stressy world.

This is not a place for people who want to just shut themselves away in their room. Course we sometimes need time to ourselves, this would suit someone who is choosing a house share not for financial or practical reasons, but because they genuinely want to live with other people who want to hang out, play, adventure, inspire and support each other, learn together, compassionately challenge each other and grow together.

We want everyone to have an equal voice in visioning and shaping the house community - probably with brief house meetings every few weeks to plan the next birthday party, dream up ideas for decorating or gardening projects, raise any tensions early and kindly, or otherwise consciously co-create this thing together instead of being a passenger : ]

You don't need to have been to Burning man, taken psychedelics, be a social enterprise founder or an environmental/ social justice activist, but you'll need to be comfortable living with some of these kinda people 😌
We will also be occasionally hosting (reference checked) travellers from Couchsurfing. org (which also helps you to get hosted for free by locals, almost anywhere on Earth)
