Light & open warehouse-converted loft!

I’m moving to Berlin next month and am subletting my room for the remaining six months of my contract.

The room is one of four in a warehouse-converted loft with huge windows, beautiful high ceilings, and lots of open floor space. It’s located in EC1 between Old Street and Barbican: well-connected by public transit and walking distance to loads of amazing cafes, restaurants, bars, etc.

Flat is shared with four super lovely working professionals in their late-twenties and early thirties: 33y/o doctor and filmmaker from UK, 31y/o data scientist from France, and a couple from New Zealand who are 28y/o UX designer and 31y/o digital marketing strategist. Bathroom is shared with the former two.

The room will come furnished with what's pictured and the kitchen is fully-equipped with two refrigerators, washer/dryer, and standard appliances. It will be available from 3 Nov 2019 and there is potential to sign the next lease starting 15 May 2020. Please feel free to share with any friends who may be interested!
