Sadly our lovely flatmate is leaving her bright double room, 6 mins walk from Liverpool Street Station! The room is medium-sized, with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk & chair. Rent is £780 pcm, with ~£100 for bills.

The flat is well located, just off Bishopsgate in Shoreditch and a short walk from Liverpool Street (6min), Moorgate (7min), Old Street (8min), and Shoreditch High Street (7min) stations. There's a Tesco Express 2 mins walk away, as well as an Aldi ~10 mins away. Plenty of bars and good food (get your Blues Kitchen keychain ready!)

The flat is on the second floor of the building. There's a shared bathroom with a recently refurbished shower, toilet and lots of storage space, as well as a shared living room and recently refurbished kitchen. Outside we have access to a gated courtyard, shared with the surrounding flats, where you can keep plants and sit in the sun. Unfortunately, there's no parking available!

You'll be sharing the flat with two friendly flatmates who are both working professionals in their late twenties / early thirties.
