Two rooms in central Shoreditch flat

Move in date is slightly flexible but contract must start beginning of March.

Important: it’s a rent-controlled housing association so you need to be in full-time work but earning LESS than £30,000 annually.

The flat is very clean and well cared for so looking for people who will continue to keep it nice. It's partially furnished but there will be a few things we need to organise (maybe a trip to Ikea).

Transport is good - it's right in the middle of Old Street, Liverpool Street and Shoreditch High Street.

Rent isn't exact, it's based on usual annual raise from Housing Association, but not likely to differ much. Council tax and bills aren't included and are likely to come to around £122 per month.

Room 1 - has now been taken.

Room 2 - partially furnished, likely a bed-frame, desk, wardrobe interior, looking for someone happy to purchase furniture from previous flatmate, £100 for everything.

You'll be sharing the flat with me :) I’m a 29y/o working in charity comms. I’m easy going, enjoy cooking, swimming, cinema and just exploring London.
