Small double room behind Liverpool Street Station

Sadly our lovely flatmate is moving to Amsterdam, so we are looking for someone to move into this bright double room, 6 mins walk from Liverpool Street Station! The room is small-sized, with a double bed and wardrobe. Rent is £720 pcm, with ~£130 for bills.

The flat is well located, just off Bishopsgate in Shoreditch and a short walk from Liverpool Street (6min), Moorgate (7min), Old Street (8min), and Shoreditch High Street (7min) stations. There's a Tesco Express 2 mins walk away, as well as an Aldi ~10 mins away with plenty of bars and good food around!

The flat is on the second floor of the building. There's a shared bathroom with lots of storage space, as well as a shared living room and separate kitchen. Outside we have access to a gated courtyard, shared with the surrounding flats, where you can keep plants and sit in the sun. Unfortunately, there's no parking available!

You'll be sharing the flat with two friendly flatmates who are both working professionals in their late twenties / early thirties.

We will host viewings starting from the 2nd of February. We are looking for someone to move in starting from mid February - ideally from the 11th - but there’s some flexibility around that.
