Double bedroom with own bathroom

2 bed 2 baths flat in Saint Paul's
The low price is due to the 1 month rolling break clause on both sides, as the building is for sale, meaning the agency could give us notice after just a month. Realistically I think the flat should be available for about 6 months but the contract is a rolling 1m one.
You would sign a contract directly with the agency
The flat is quite modern, south-wesr exposed in the living room and my bedroom and north-west exposed in your bedroom (as big but less bright)

About me:
29yo girl, been in London for 7years. I work really (really!) long hours but like to socialise on weekends/after work when my hours allow. I work from the living room so I am looking for someone who wouldnt need the living room much on weekdays/weeknights. Its all yours on weekends though, and I likely wont be around much then :)
Would love someone who could become a friend to move in, but i want to flag that my working hours will definitely not allow me to hang out extensively
I love travelling (so I've had a sad year), outdoors activities, plants (the living room looks like a jungle now), board games (I can get competitive)

About you:
You work from the office
Someone quiet, chill and clean
If you watch TV you like doing so in your room (there is one I your room though not sure if there I a subscription - I don't watch it)
You are smart and have interesting conversations
You have your own bathroom, but allow me to use the bathtub (I only have a shower)/allow guests to use the toilets in your bathroom every now and then
