Move-in date: July 1–11 (negotiable)
Contract: Until March 10, 2026 – starting from July, there will be 8 months remaining. Renewal is possible if you wish to stay longer.

Convenience: Within a 5-minute walk, you’ll find Sainsbury’s and Tesco; within 10 minutes, there’s M&S; within 15 minutes, there's TianTian Supermarket and Waitrose – incredibly convenient!

Requirements: Ideally for working professionals with stable income. Unfortunately, not accepting students at the moment.

Rent: £500/week, approximately £2,166/month (excluding bills). Including utilities and council tax, the total comes to about £2,500/month.

Overview: The flat features high ceilings and a spacious layout. There’s an additional small area in the bedroom that’s perfect for a desk and computer – an ideal private workspace.

Furnishings: The flat comes furnished. A few items (coffee table, two dining chairs, desk) were purchased separately and can be sold at a low price if you’d like to keep them. The bed is a king-size, bought just two months ago – free if you want it!
