Hi everyone,

I moved into this room the beginning of this month but due to a unforeseen family situation, I need to move back home.

You’d be taking over my sublet to this large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk in closet in a 2,000 sq ft, 4 story house in Dalston. (5min walk from Dalston Kingsland and Dalston junction station) from October till end of January and potentially longer.- The flat mate in which I am subletting from is taking some time off career wise and may decide to not come back to London.

The house had been recently fully renovated / refurbished. Large living room and open kitchen and huge back garden. There are four floors and the subject bedroom is on the top floor. (Only room on that floor) There are plenty of drawers and storage and three large windows so there is plenty of sunlight throughout the day.

Location is about 5-7 min walk from each Dalston Junction, Dalston Kingsland, and Hackney Downs stations. About 15 min walk to London fields and Broadway Market and it is a good area for running along the canals and to Victoria Park.
Hackney had a lot of restaurants and cafe within walking distances.

There are three flat mates who are in their early 30’s who work in consulting/ Tech/ start-up.

The rent is £1200 pcm. Includes, laundry- washer and dryer. Sublet from October to end of January but preference would be given to someone who has the ability to stay longer.
