Double bedroom next to London Fields

(landlord recently reduced rent)

Hello :)

A double bedroom will be available at our flat from 23rd September. It is right next to London Fields, on a nice residential street, 3 min to Broadway Market.

The flat is on 2/3 floor, it is a maisonette with a good size and a lot of light - we have a spacious living room with a balcony, an also spacious kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The double bedroom that will be available has a decent size ( approx. 2.5m x 3.5m), fits easily a double bed, a large desk, a wardrobe, it also has an extra storage cupboard. It is part furnished.

There will be me (Han, 27) and Carlo (30) here, we are both architects, and are super easy going. Normally we are busy with work, at home we really enjoy a relax vibe, sharing some drinks and food, movies and books, hang out sometimes at weekends, also we take care of our expanding collection of plants :)

We would like to find someone with a similar age and mindset, most importantly being friendly and would like to keep a good vibe at home, and also being clean and considerate.

We are slowly and still in the process of changing, rearranging and making things in the flat, turning it more like a home for us all.
