London Fields Flatshare from 5th March onwards.

Bright, large double room is up for grabs in a chilled & quiet flatshare in London Fields (Next to London Fields Station, Pub On The Park and London Fields Park). 5 mins walk to Hackney Central Station. 15 mins walk to Bethnal Green Station.

Large open plan lounge / living room and Kitchen. Wooden floors throughout. Shower/toilet, kitchen. The room is furnished with double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

Rent is £750 pcm and is due on the 5th of the month and includes all bills (gas & heating, water, and council tax) except for fast fibre optic broadband which is approx £8 each per month and £2-£3 for house hold products (toilet paper, cleaning stuff etc).

Deposit is one months rent.

One flatmate is Irish & Female (leaving end of March) and the other American & Male. Eva is a vegan and fabulous, & Ryan is a veggie, and both flatmates work in fashion. You'll also be sharing with a little dapple dachshund dog called Tyler. Tyler is a rescue pup, and is extremely friendly and affectionate. Doesn't bark or bite etc but might lick you to death.

As flatmates, we're super clean/tidy and environment friendly. We do our best to recycle etc, and we would love for a similar-minded person to join us, preferably a veggie/vegan or someone who doesn't cook meat in the flat? Of course that's not a deal breaker! We're both respectful of the flat and each other, and in these COVID times, being sensible and following Govt guidelines.
