Massive flat in London Fields with two fantastic people. En suite bedroom. Available end of October.

THE FLAT

The apartment is a 3 bedroom property in the Electric Lofts building, which is a 2min walk to London Fields. We're lucky to have a massive open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen area which is nice and bright. It's a huge space. Living room is large enough to have lovely dinner parties, exercise, or just to cosy in and stretch out in front of the tv.

Fully equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher and plenty of storage space. There's also secure bike storage in the shared courtyard area out the back of the building.

The apartment communal areas are partly furnished but there's plenty of space if you want to add any of your own furniture.

THE BEDROOM

The room looks over a quiet lane leading to London Fields. It has a lovely en suite with very nice furnishings. It's a good size and is currently used as an office and a bedroom with a double bed.

THE FLATMATES

They're awesome. Chilled. Easy. We all have active lives and careers, but also happy to cook up a meal and ruminate over a wine or two. We're usually busy with work, exercise, life, but we do enjoy home fun too.

One is Irish, the other is Swedish/Colombian, and both are professionals and very lovely people.

I'm only moving because I have bought a place, but otherwise I'd be staying.

THE LOCATION

It's London Fields! It's in an excellent location with great public transport links. 2 min walk to London Fields overground, and right next to the many bus links on Mare St.

We're just near Pub on the Park which is pretty awesome.
