Double Room in Friendly House Share

We have a cosy, quiet room going in our sunny maisonette, a couple of minutes’ walk from Broadway Market, London Fields, Regents canal and Victoria park.

I am moving out so you'll be sharing the flat with:

Onome & Ailbhe both early 30s, both creative people, Ailbhe is a freelance graphic designer and Onome a musician.

Both very friendly, relaxed people who see the house as a home and want someone who would like to get on board with that vibe.

The bedroom is pretty well priced for the location and is super quiet. It comes unfurnished except for a small built-in wardrobe. Although it is quite a small room it does fit a double bed and there is pretty good storage throughout the flat including a garage and an airing cupboard. The first floor has a lovely light open plan living room.

Transport is excellent with Haggerston station, London Fields, Hackney central and Bethnal Green (central line) close by, with a variety of buses running nearby to connect to Bethnal Green or Liverpool Street.

We have a shared (small) kitchen, garage, separate toilet & bathroom with electric shower and there's also a small front garden.

Bills are around £120 a month. gas & electric, fibre-powered broadband and council tax. These bills are likely to go up soon.
