Looking for new housemate in London Fields flat!

Hello!

We have a bright double bedroom available in our 3-bedroom flat share in London Fields.

Our flat is located just off Mare Street; a 2 minute walk from London Fields park and close to Broadway Market. The overground stations of London Fields and Hackney Central are within a short walking distance. The flat has recently been converted/refurbished, has wooden floors and exposed brickwork throughout with a spacious, modern kitchen/living room area.

The available room comes part furnished with a double bed (which has storage space underneath), wardrobe, chest of drawers and a built in cupboard for extra space, as well as it's own en-suite.

A bit about us:
We are two professional females aged 30 & 38 - working in teaching and advertising. We love our flat, socialising and exploring the great area where we live (that being said we are not a party flat! and we are looking for a new female housemate with a similar profile).

Rent and bills included (gas/electric/council tax/water/internet) is £1,409

The room is available from the 20th May and we would need the rent to start from that date even if you couldn’t move in until just afterwards.
