Short Term Double Room in London Field Flat

I have been living in this Victorian conversion 2nd floor flat for almost four years and love it! Now I am looking for a short term or perhaps longer flatmate for my spareroom ideally from end of March, just in time for Spring!
I work in media advertising and am out a lot but love coming back to the flat as a sanctuary. I work from home 2 days a week. Its a great location, just behind a cute road with a local deli, wine bar and cafe and just beyond that London Fields and Broadway Market.

Close are Dalston and Clapton also where theres loads of bars and restaurants, Iceland and M&S close by for food shopping. Well connected less than 5 mins walk to Hackney Central Overground and Hackney Downs, plus the 38 bus stops just outside which goes to Angel station (15mins).

I am looking for someone easy going, tidy, up to clean when needed and happy to chat. The room has a wardrobe and double bed frame (this is currently from a futon but I am buying a divan or bed frame, see last pics), plus a clothing rail, its not super big but cosy! Great for someone looking for somewhere as a base for a shorter time while they find their feet/find a long term rental etc.

PLEASE NOTE It would NOT suit someone who works from home the majority of the week.

Ideally I need someone to move in end of March/Beginning of April for 3 month minimum . flexible with viewings. :)
