About the flat.
The flat is a 3 bedrooms located in Mare Street, minutes away from London fields and Victoria park. Is right on the middle of Hackney and commute to central London or the city is very straightforward.
The flat is cozy, first floor with a working lift, no living room, fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
The whole flat faces our communal garden, rooms have magnificent natural light and are quiet as we are not facing the street.

About me.
You will be sharing with me, (37, female, professional working hybrid) and with my lovely 2 years old labrador. She’s the queen of the house, really well trained and she will go say hello every time you come back home.

About you
Ideal flatmate is someone respectful and extremely clean, female preferred, over 30 years old, and professional, preferably working hybrid too.

**The flat is sparking clean at all times and we clean as we go daily. This is extremely important here, so please keep that in mind. If you don’t really appreciate a clean flat, you might not be the right fit here.
